Hi! I’m Emily!
(Yes, we're both named Emily. Doesn't that make things easy to remember?)
I’m a mom to an almost two year old little girl, Charlie. My husband Dexter and I met in nursing school at Augusta University in 2016. While he chose the path to become a CRNA, I always knew my passion was in women’s health.
After working 4 years in Atlanta, my family found ourselves trading the suburbs for 15 acres outside of Athens. You can usually find me tending to my goats while my daughter chases the chickens.
After working two years at St. Mary’s and giving birth to my daughter, I have now been blessed with the opportunity to work with Emily Nolan as she opens her midwifery practice.
The feeling of watching a woman have an uninterrupted, unmedicated birth is indescribable. And it is an honor to be a witness to them.​​
